It pours a pale rose gold with a delicate pink tint and fine carbonation. The nose is fresh and inviting, with natural raspberry aroma over a base of light pilsner malt. On the palate, it opens with juicy raspberry and moves into a crisp malt centre, finishing with a gentle hop bitterness and a dry, refreshing snap. The mouthfeel is light but not thin, delivering an enjoyable balance between fruit and lager structure.

Pairs well with soft goat's cheese, beetroot salad, lemon chicken skewers, fruit-glazed sausages, or a slice of almond tart. The raspberry acidity cuts through creamy or oily textures, while the clean finish keeps it lively with food.
