Hazy pale gold in the glass with soft carbonation and a loose white head. The aroma offers sweet orange, earthy pumpkin and gentle spice. Flavour is mellow and rounded, with warming notes of cinnamon, clove and ginger sitting over a light wheat base. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy with a soft, slightly dry finish.

Goes well with roasted vegetables, sweet potato fries or herby sausages. Also pairs nicely with pumpkin soup, spiced desserts or soft cheeses with fruit chutney.

Serve cold in a stemmed or tulip glass to bring out the spice and citrus notes. A great option for autumn gatherings or anytime you want something seasonal without alcohol.
