Sally founded Monty after experiencing a concussion that changed the way she looked at her wellbeing. During recovery, she stopped drinking alcohol and began exploring functional mushrooms, discovering how much they supported her clarity, focus and sense of balance. Frustrated that most alcohol free options did not actually help you feel good in the moment, she set out to create something different. Monty was born as a social soda designed to support presence, calm confidence and natural connection when unwinding or spending time with others.
Monty Elderflower is an alcohol free sparkling social soda infused with lion’s mane mushroom and delicate elderflower. It is lightly sparkling with a clean floral profile, designed as a grown up alternative to alcohol without heavy sweetness. The elderflower brings soft, aromatic lift while the functional lion’s mane adds a modern botanical edge. It feels bright, balanced and easy to sip, whether you are socialising or simply taking a pause. A refreshing alcohol free option when you want something a little different from standard soft drinks.

Large orders (20 cases of 12 or more bottles/cans) are not guaranteed for next-day delivery but will be delivered within 3 working days from the date of ordering.
