Pours pale golden with a slight haze and a soft, lasting head. The aroma blends light malt and fresh hay with a hint of herbal hop. On the palate it’s clean and lightly bready, with smooth malt sweetness, low bitterness, and a crisp, dry finish. Carbonation is gentle, contributing to an easy mouthfeel without losing structure. There’s no harshness or artificial edge, just a well-made lager that drinks like the real thing.

Pairs well with schnitzel and lemon, cold cuts and pickles, roasted vegetables, white fish, or soft cheese on rye bread. The mild bitterness and clean finish keep it versatile without overpowering light flavours.
