Tasting notes
ARIEL Chardonnay Tasting Notes:
- Appearance: A radiant golden hue, exuding elegance and purity, inviting one to delve into the wine's aromatic story.
- Nose: The bouquet is a symphony of fresh orchard fruits—crisp green apples, ripe peaches, and soft pears. These primary notes are beautifully complemented by underlying hints of honeycomb, toasted almonds, and a whisper of creamy vanilla, all elegantly interwoven with a delicate oaken essence.
- Palate: The initial sip reveals a harmonious blend of citrus zest, tropical fruits like pineapple and papaya, and the luscious sweetness of ripe melons. These vibrant fruit flavors seamlessly meld with nuances of buttery brioche, subtle spices, and a touch of caramel, creating a multilayered taste profile.
- Finish: A beautifully long and satisfying finish, characterized by a balance of refreshing acidity and a creamy, buttery texture. Lingering notes of lemon curd, hazelnut, and a hint of toasted oak make for an exquisite conclusion to this non-alcoholic masterpiece.
Food Pairings
ARIEL Chardonnay - Food Pairings:
- Poultry: Succulent roast chicken or turkey, ideally seasoned with rosemary or thyme, perfectly complements the wine's buttery undertones.
- Seafood: Rich, creamy seafood dishes, such as lobster bisque or shrimp scampi, are elevated when paired with this Chardonnay's vibrant fruit notes and crisp acidity.
- Cheese: Soft and creamy cheeses, including Brie, Camembert, or a mild Gouda, harmoniously meld with the wine's oak and fruit characteristics.
- Pasta: Pasta dishes with Alfredo or carbonara sauces, adorned with mushrooms or truffles, highlight the wine's subtle earthy elements and creamy texture.
- Vegetarian: Grilled vegetables or vegetable-based casseroles, especially those featuring squash, bell peppers, or eggplant, accentuate the wine's freshness and fruit-forward profile.
Serving Suggestions
To best enjoy Ariel Chardonnay - Non Alcoholic White Wine, follow these serving suggestions:
- Temperature: Serve the wine chilled, ideally between 8-12°C. This temperature enhances the wine's crispness and brings out its fruity flavours.
- Glassware: Use a clean, dry wine glass, preferably one designed for white wines. A Chardonnay or white wine glass is ideal, as its shape enhances the wine's aroma and flavour profile.
- Aeration: If desired, pour the wine into a decanter or simply open the bottle a few minutes before serving to let it breathe. This process helps release the wine's full bouquet.
- Occasions: Enjoy Ariel Chardonnay at dinner parties, special events, or as a sophisticated non-alcoholic option for any occasion.
By following these serving suggestions, you can fully appreciate the bright and fruity flavours of Ariel Chardonnay - Non Alcoholic White Wine.
