Serve slightly below room temperature, around 14–16°C. Great in a generous red wine glass—ideal for slow evenings, quiet dinners, or a comforting glass at the end of a long day.  Pairs beautifully with pasta in tomato sauces,grilled vegetables,cheddar cheese, or roast chicken. Also works well with stuffed peppers,baked aubergine, or a classic mushroom stroganoff.

Deep ruby in colour, this Merlot opens with aromas of red cherry, plum and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and velvety, with flavours of blackberry, redcurrant and soft spice, finishing with a gentle warmth and smooth tannins.
