Annick Bubbly Rosato is the vibrant expression of Annick's adventurous spirit and her unending journey of discovery. This variant mirrors her passion for nature, authenticity, and a quest to explore beyond the usual. Inspired by the picturesque landscapes of Tuscany and the enchanting shades of sunsets during her bike travels from Brussels to Lucca, Annick sought to encapsulate these memories in a bottle.

Crafted with the same dedication as its predecessor, the Annick Bubbly Bianco, the Rosato offers a delightful twist. Its blush hue, reminiscent of Tuscan sunsets, is obtained from 100% organic Italian grapes, handled with utmost care to retain their natural elegance and flavour. But more than its colour, it's the taste that captivates. With every sip, one can sense a harmonious blend of ripe berries, floral undertones, and a touch of earthiness, bringing forth a symphony of flavours that dance on the palate.

However, the Annick Bubbly Rosato is not just about taste and aesthetics; it's a reflection of Annick's ethos. It echoes her commitment to the environment, her love for natural and organic produce, and her vision of offering a delightful, low-alcoholic beverage option to the world. As with the original Annick Bubbly, the Rosato variant is a celebration of life's simple pleasures, the joys of discovery, and the beauty of nature.

With Annick Bubbly Rosato, every occasion becomes a little more special, every moment a tad more memorable. Whether you're raising a toast to accomplishments, sharing a quiet evening with loved ones, or simply relishing solitude, Annick Bubbly Rosato promises to be the perfect companion, adding a touch of sparkle to every moment.

Food Pairings

  1. Appetizers: Consider serving Annick Bubbly Rosato with a plate of prosciutto-wrapped melon or a fresh caprese salad. The wine's lively effervescence and fruity notes will accentuate the salty-sweet balance of these starters.
  2. Seafood: The wine's crispness and berry undertones beautifully complement dishes like seared scallops, grilled prawns, or a classic seafood paella. Its lightness ensures that the delicate flavours of the seafood shine through.
  3. Poultry and White Meats: Try pairing the Rosato with herb-roasted chicken or turkey, where its effervescence will cleanse the palate between bites, enhancing the flavours of both the wine and the dish.
  4. Pastas: Light pasta dishes, especially those with a tomato or cream-based sauce, can be elevated when paired with Annick Bubbly Rosato. Think of pasta primavera, spaghetti carbonara, or a simple penne alfredo.
  5. Desserts: For those with a sweet tooth, the wine pairs wonderfully with strawberry tarts, raspberry sorbet, or even a classic Italian panna cotta.
  6. Cheeses: Soft cheeses, like brie, camembert, or a creamy goat cheese, will meld wonderfully with the wine's fruity character and effervescence. For a more adventurous pairing, try it with blue cheese, where the contrast of sweet and salty can be delightful.

By complementing Annick Bubbly Rosato with these food suggestions, one can truly savour the versatility and charm of this exceptional low-alcohol sparkling wine. Bon appétit!

Serving Suggestions

To fully savor the effervescent charm and refreshing notes of Annick Bubbly Rosato, follow these curated serving guidelines:

  1. Optimal Temperature: Refrigerate your bottle of Annick Bubbly Rosato until it reaches the ideal serving temperature of 4-6°C. This temperature accentuates the wine's vibrant aromatics and preserves its delicate bubbles.
  2. Opening the Bottle: Gently twist the Stelvin cap counterclockwise, ensuring a slow release of the internal pressure, to maintain the wine's natural effervescence. If stored correctly, a light hiss should be audible upon opening.
  3. Choosing the Right Glass: For the best drinking experience, pour Annick Bubbly Rosato into a flute or tulip-shaped glass. These glasses are designed to showcase the wine's lively bubbles and concentrate its aromatic profile.
  4. Pouring Technique: Hold the glass at a slight tilt and pour the wine gently down the side, straightening the glass as it fills. This method ensures minimal loss of carbonation and creates a beautiful stream of rising bubbles.
  5. Admiring the Presentation: Before taking a sip, take a moment to appreciate the wine's blush-pink hue, its fine perlage, and the captivating aromas of summer berries and florals that rise from the glass.

By adhering to these serving suggestions, you're guaranteed to experience Annick Bubbly Rosato in its finest form, capturing the essence of a sun-kissed Italian vineyard in every sip. Salute!

About Annick Bubbly

Annick Bubbly Story

It’s a pleasure to share with you the inspiring story behind Annick Bubbly, a tale of determination and passion that has led us to create something truly extraordinary. Our journey began with Annick, who embarked on an incredible bike expedition from Brussels to Lucca, Italy, in 2016. Over the course of 13 days and 1,200 kilometers, Annick exhibited a boundless spirit and a thirst for adventure.

Amidst the breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural tapestry of Italy, Annick discovered a missing piece in her journey - a beverage that could deliver the pleasure of wine with a lower alcohol content. With an aversion to beer, she longed for a delightful alternative that captured the essence of wine while providing a lighter experience.

Years later, I am proud to present our company and our exceptional low-alcohol Italian sparkling organic wines, inspired by Annick's personal quest. We are committed to crafting the finest sparkling wines on the market, boasting a modest 3°c of alcohol content.

What sets us apart is our unwavering dedication to preserving the authentic taste of wine. We achieve this by using 100% organic grapes, meticulously chosen to ensure the highest quality and flavours. Our wines are created without resorting to de-alcoholization processes or the addition of carbon dioxide (CO2), allowing the true essence and richness of the grapes to shine through.

Presently, our wines are available in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. We take great pride in being featured in a few 2-star Michelin restaurants. During the London Wine Fair, we received an overwhelming response from a multitude of stores, restaurants, bars, and hotels expressing interest in carrying our wines. We actually already have a list of potential clients waiting for an importer to bring Annick Bubbly to the UK stores. This resounding endorsement reaffirms our belief that we've created something truly exceptional.

We are confident that Annick Bubbly will captivate the palates of both wine connoisseurs and discerning consumers, offering them an unforgettable tasting experience.
