Best served chilled at 5–7°C in a pint or tulip glass. Ideal as a wake-up-your-palate aperitif or when you fancy a sessionable beer with a citrus twist.  Pairs perfectly with spicy Asian dishes,sushi rolls,grilled tofu, or a fresh citrus salad. Also great with tempura prawns,nachos, or a sharp cheddar and lime chutney toastie.
