50ml fresh organic apple juice
Teaspoon raw honey Lemon wedge
Sprig of thyme
Splash of soda water
Thin slice of apple

Method
Step 1
Measure the Pentire Adrift, apple juice, and honey into your chosen glass.
Step 2
Squeeze and drop in the lemon wedge.
Step 3
Stir before adding ice and a splash of soda.
Step 4
Garnish with a thin slice of apple and a sprig of thyme.
