Ingredients
50ml Pentire Adrift
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
Bar spoon of Maple Syrup
3 Bay Leaves
To Garnish

Method
Step 1
Chill your chosen glass in the freezer.
Step 2
Add the Pentire, lime juice, maple syrup and 2 bay leaves to a mixing glass along with ice and stir for a few seconds.
Step 3
Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a fresh bay leaf.
