A refreshing tall drink with a welcome bitterness from fresh grapefruit.
Ingredients
50ml Pentire Seaward
50ml fresh grapefruit juice
1 Teaspoon of honey
Glug of soda water
To Garnish
Sprig of rosemary/ bay leaf
Method
Step 1
In your chosen glass combine the Pentire Seaward, grapefruit juice and honey before stirring.
Step 2
Next fill the glass with ice before topping with soda and stirring again.
Step 3
Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary or a bay leaf.
