Delivery to Flats
DHL drivers have been instructed not to walk round flats or apartment buildings for obvious reasons Which means you’re delivery will be made into a lobby, post room or to a concierge if the building has that facility.

You’ll get an estimated time of delivery by text or email, along with a 14-digit consignment number.

If it’s safe and convenient, we advise you select the ‘happy to sign for’ option when ordering,
This is because, unfortunately, Dry Drinker cannot be held accountable for any loss that may occur if you opt for a ‘leave safe’ options. That is, if someone nicks the box before you get home 😡 (We’d stand there and guard your order, if we could).
Leave in a safe place
If you are comfortable with ‘leave safe’, DHL will follow your instructions, such as ‘leave in porch’ or at ‘side of house’.
They might not ring your doorbell or knock at your door.
They will send you a text or email to confirm they have made the delivery, and send a photo showing your order.
Flat rate cost
Our standard delivery rate is £4.99 (UK mainland*) for delivery the next working day. The cost is the same however much you order – 1 box or 10, or more!
It’s free delivery on orders over £89 (UK mainland).
* Our standard and Express rates apply to 99% of the UK mainland. Some Scottish mainland postcodes will be charged at a higher rate.
Large orders (20 cases of 12 or more bottles/cans) are not guaranteed for next day delivery but will be delivered within 3 working days from the date of ordering.
Order by 4.30 pm on Friday and get it the next day, for £7.49 delivery charge
Our Saturday Service covers 70% of the UK.
✓ It covers mainland England, Wales, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
⨯ Unfortunately, it does not cover Aberdeen, Highlands the following postcodes.

Sometimes bottles get broken. (Yes, even with our bespoke Dry Drinker boxes 😲)
So, please check inside each box within 24 hours of delivery to make sure your entire order has arrived in one piece.
✓ If something is broken, take a photo showing: the damage, our branding, and the shipping label. Email email@example.com and we can sort out a refund.
⨯ We can’t give a refund if it is more than 24 hours after delivery.
Delivery to islands off the UK mainland
Delivery time to Northern Ireland is usually 48 hours, as DHL does not offer a next working day service and with all the Confusion of Brexit please allow 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery to the Islands and Highlands are based on the weight of your order.

Our international service has now stopped for 2020 and will start again back in mid 2021
