Serving Suggestions
To best enjoy The Doctors' Pinot Noir - Lower Alcohol Wine, follow these serving suggestions:
- Temperature: Serve the wine slightly cool, ideally between 14-16°C. This temperature accentuates the wine's elegant fruit flavours and creates a harmonious balance.
- Glassware: Use a clean, dry glass, preferably a large Burgundy-style wine glass with a wide bowl. This type of glass allows the wine to breathe, amplifying its delicate aroma and flavour profile.
- Aeration: While not strictly necessary, you may consider aerating the wine for 15-30 minutes before serving to let it open up and reveal its complexities. Alternatively, gently swirl the wine in the glass to introduce oxygen, enhancing the overall tasting experience.
- Occasions: Enjoy The Doctors' Pinot Noir at social gatherings, dinner parties, or any event where you desire a sophisticated, lower alcohol wine. Its refined character makes it suitable for a variety of settings and a perfect companion for light dishes.
By following these serving suggestions, you can fully appreciate the elegance and subtle nuances of The Doctors' Pinot Noir - Lower Alcohol Wine.
