Serving Suggestions
To best enjoy Regression Therapy, follow these serving suggestions:
- Temperature: Serve the beer at cellar temperature, ideally between 12-14°C. This temperature brings out the rich malt flavours and allows the beer's subtle hop bitterness to shine through.
- Glassware: Use a clean, dry glass, preferably a nonic pint glass or a tulip-shaped glass. These types of glasses help maintain the beer's head and enhance the aroma.
- Pouring: Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and slowly pour the beer, straightening the glass as it fills. This technique creates a good head, which improves the aroma and flavour.
- Occasions: Enjoy Regression Therapy Barnsley Bitter at social gatherings, traditional pubs, or any event where you want a classic, full-bodied bitter. It pairs well with hearty British dishes like steak and ale pie or fish and chips.
By following these serving suggestions, you can fully appreciate the robust and satisfying flavour of Regression Therapy Barnsley Bitter.
